This anime is about Misaki Ayuzawa, a  school president council that hate male students. However, this president guy hater is a service worker (Maid) in a certain Cafe. She made sure that nobody in their school knows that shes a maid in order to protect her reputation  as a President Council but one male student from their school saw her wearing maid uniform. 

Will she be able to protect her reputation when there's someone  who already knows that their President Council is a Cafe Maid? Will she ever remain a guy hater on a school where most students are male?

Equity Home Mortgages Cause Problems for Large Scale Loan Modifications

As part of the House Committee on Financial Services congressional hearing held on April 13, 2010, four of the leading U.S. equity home mortgage lenders testified against blanket reductions to the principal amount of a mortgage loan. While J.P. Morgan & Chase, Bank of America Home Loans, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Citi Bank all report varied success with mortgage modification programs, most of the modifications help homeowners with the first loan on the property. As of the hearing, what to do with an equity home loan remained a problem. According to Barbara Desoer, the president of Bank of America Home Loans, the company has modified some first liens without considering the second lien if another lender held the equity home loan.

Part of the problem with modifying a secondary lien stems from mortgage lenders' reports indicating over 90% of customers with a home equity loan are current on the payments. According to Housing Watch, the leading banks own approximately 42% of second liens, totaling around $1.1 trillion. Large scale modifications to equity home mortgage loans could cause serious financial damage to the banks. Adding to the problem is the legal regulations covering equity loans. Lenders holding the first lien on a property have the primary right to it, which can force a secondary lien holder to swallow the entire loss when a primary lender modifies an existing mortgage.

Even though the majority of home owners with equity home mortgage loans remain current on repayment, some financial professionals expect problems to occur as more primary loans undergo modification. CreditSights, Inc., a financial analysis firm, estimated some of the major lenders holding equity home mortgage loans could lose up to $30 billion. Regardless of the warning, the testimony indicated the financial leaders had put equity home mortgage loans on the back burner.

How to Train Your Dragon

I've watched another movie 'How to Train Your Dragon' from the Cressida Cowell book. The movie was a about a teenage boy named Hiccup who lives on an island where fighting dragons separates the men from the boys. Hiccup, a thin can't-fight-dragon, son of the Vikings' chieftain, Stoick the Vast (Gerard Butler), Hiccup is definitely still a boy but he already reached the age where he must face the rite of passage of slaying a dragon. The problem is that Hiccup don't have the guts to kill a dragon.

Hiccup has no friends and is always saved by his father and villagers. He soon finds himself at a crossroads when he begins dragon training with the other youths in his tribe but Hiccup discovers that maybe the dragons fear the humans as much as they fear them. 

Will Hiccup finally become the man his father wants him to be by killing a dragon, or will he change the way villagers believe about dragons? Watch the trailer!

What Now?

I just finished my four months training as a Hemodialysis Nurse and now I don't know what to do.I don't know where my career would go after this. It feels like sailing in the ocean with no direction. I wonder what lies ahead? I wonder what next step should I take. Hmmm... I really don't know what next step to make. What a hollow mind I have right now. 

Well, I should not think much about this for I know that God has a plan for me. A better plan which I can be comfortable and happy. I know being a Nurse right now is hard. Finding a job is difficult but still I won't lose hope. There will come a day that my career will be okay.

Chaotic World ~ monde chaotique

Aujourd'hui, les augmentations les affaires pénales et notre vie est en danger. Oui, nous ne pouvons pas garantir que notre environnement est aujourd'hui en sécurité. Regardez les nouvelles, leur ya beaucoup de meurtres, des personnes disparues, des guerres, des rassemblements et etc.Ces sont des preuves que le monde d'aujourd'hui est dans le chaos.

Nous sommes chanceux que notre gouvernement fait un geste pour cela, mais ne suffit pas à éliminer le problème. Eh bien, je pense qu'il est impossible de détruire toutes les mauvaises personnes, non? C'est pourquoi il ya ce qu'on appelle la Protection juridique ou de compagnies d'assurances qui donne la sécurité et la protection contre une telle situation. Mais triste de dire que certains d'entre nous n'ont pas ce genre d'assurance en raison de problèmes financiers. Si c'est le cas, nous pouvons également nous protéger en évitant les situations qui met nos vies en danger.

Nowadays, criminal cases increases and our lives is in danger. Yes, we can never assure that our environment today is safe. Look at the news, their are a lot of killings, missing persons, wars, rallies and etc.These are proofs that the world today is in chaos.

Lucky we are that our government made a move for this but not enough to eliminate the problem. Well, I guess it's impossible to annihilate all bad people, right? Wishful thinking

I am so confused on what to do with my room. It is so messy and the windows are not good. I don't have a good cabinet and a good mirror. My room seems not a girl's room but a boy's room. Yeah, have you seen blankets and pillows all over the place? Clothes everywhere? Well, if you haven't seen one just visit my room. ^^

You must be wondering about the photo above. Hmmm... it's the opposite of my room right now and badly want my room to be clean like that and windows with custom window blinds or just  a custom size shades. The window design adds beauty to the room. It looks cool, right? Plus, the color is eye-friendly... Coffee color looks elegant. I just love it! Hays, makes me want to by the discount custom blinds I saw at the store. 

One day this wish of mine will come true... in right time... right place ^^. Having a room like this is possible. Wait and let's see.

Nice Sinks and more.

I was doing my daily routine blog hopping and accidentally found this nice vessel sinks. It's cute and I like it. It's perfect to put it on our Comfort Room. It needs a little space so perfect for our little CR. ^^  I can imagine doing hand washing on our very own vessel sink. Oh, that would be so nice.

Anyway, today is Holiday Friday... a holiday? Well, not a holiday for me because Nurses have no holidays. We work on holidays, of course. Just imagine if nurses will be off on holidays... who will take care of the sick patients? Hehe. I can't imagine. Oh well, that's the life of a Nurse. No Holidays.
