What is a Blog?

Blog is a mash-up word for web log which means an online diary where people can tell or write about their personal lives in a chronological order. This was, of course, the definition way back the 90’s until people, companies and groups started to post different topics to their blogs rather than personal journals in the late 90’s. It is not limited to certain topic or niche but instead covers all of them. A lot may still define blogs as an online journal, but it is not limited to that anymore. Blogs have now evolved to a much greater medium of information, education, entertainment and a whole lot.
